Join Angela and Deb for Yoga on Eiseman's Beach!

Savor the beach sounds of summer while stretching and strengthening.  Treat yourself to the ultimate studio view of big blue waves and nature at its best while breathing and moving.  
 
All bodies welcome!  If you can breath, you can do yoga.  
 
Park behind the football field (Bondelevitch Drive/beside the Bertram House)
Walk the path to the beach, crossing Puritan Road.
 
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
Water and sweater suggested.

In case of rain class will be held on ZOOM
