Back by popular demand, Swampscott Recreation is offering Total Body Conditioning for its 5th successful sold-out year. This 60 minute workout includes a dynamic warm-up, intervals of cardio, strengthening, and balance/core exercises designed for all fitness levels. Various resistance equipment including free weights, bands, stability balls, and the TRX are used as part of this energy-packed class. Enroll in both BOTH Tuesday and Thursday classes for a results-oriented total body workout. Classes are taught by Christine Hopkins and Keli Howe, both nationally certified fitness professionals with a combined experience of 15 years in the fitness industry.
