Youth Recreational Wrestling
This program is designed with the intent to introduce first time wrestlers to the sport of wrestling, while also allowing for wrestlers with basic knowledge to continue to get mat time so as to refine their skills and learn new techniques. New wrestlers will be introduced to wrestling concepts, rules, basic moves and techniques while also drilling to develop critical muscle groups required in the sport of wrestling.
THIS CLASS WILL MEET 2 NIGHTS PER WEEK ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS
