   Calling all Smoothie Stars - Join us for our latest virtual collaboration with SUP East Coast Style's Leah Goodman and Romeo's Juices & Smoothies, Jesenia Morales.  Leah & Jesenia are two local business owners who live their truth and love to share their passion for healthy living with the community.  
   In this workshop, you will learn the elements of a perfect smoothie bowl and expert techniques.  A custom kit will be delivered to your doorstep the day of the class which will include a bowl, spoon, recipe cards, a plant-based milk of your choice and a variety of exotic fresh fruit including pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, passion fruit, raspberry & strawberry (specify allergies and milk preference (coconut, almond or oat during registration).  Link to log on to our live workshop will be emailed to all students.
   Participants will need access to a blender and a flat work surface.  5th grade students - adult supervision is recommended.
